Tisha Geeza
Senior Account Executive  (1999 – present)

A vital member of the Davis Advertising team, Tisha is responsible for all aspects of client advertising, marketing, and promotion activities. She provides skillful account management to a multitude of clientele within the realms of tourism, education, and retail.

Prior to joining Davis Advertising, Tisha served as Account Executive with Reale Fitzgerald, Inc. in Grafton, MA. She also provided account management for Educational Testing Service in Princeton, NJ. Her advertising chops were honed through account supervision for several retail-oriented suburban New York advertising agencies.

Steven Salloway
Senior Account Executive  (2004 – present)

Steve is a seasoned Account Executive and brings his highly respected expertise to further boost the shop's already-existing strengths in financial, healthcare, and retail client services.

Having worked at RDW Group and Donovan Group Integrated Marketing, he has an extensive background in marketing, advertising, public relations, and radio gleaned from years of serving the New England business community. Steve has managed such notable accounts as HarborONE Credit Union (formerly Brockton Credit Union), Fidelity Bank, St. Mary's Credit Union, Charter Communications, Simplex Manufacturing and Fallon Community Health Plan.

Donna Wyman
Senior Account Executive (2006 – present)

Donna provides account service to our long-time client Charter Communications in the Carolinas. By operating out of Greenville, SC, she can bring her keen familiarity with this region’s KMAs to bear as she manages our new satellite branch of Davis Advertising.

Donna has been in the marketing/communications field for more than 25 years. She has served both ad agencies and non-profit organizations ranging from Price McNabb and Greg & Greg Creative (now Brains on Fire), to Chicago’s Brookfield Zoo and the South Carolina Ballet. More recently, she was an account executive at Jackson-Dawson Marketing Communications.

Donna actually started out life as a New Englander. Born in Boston, she went on to live in seven states from Minnesota to South Carolina, where she now calls home. Currently, she resides with her two Yorkies in downtown Greenville, and enjoys occasional visits from her traveling husband and two grown daughters (Leah is a college student in NYC, and Maggie lives in nearby Clinton, SC).

Michael Ivas
Senior Account Executive (2007 – present)

Mike has more than 25 years of experience in brand management and marketing communications for some of the leading consumer goods companies in the country. His career began with classic marketing management positions at Foster Grant Sunglasses and New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc. For over fifteen years he owned Michael James Co., a marketing communications firm based in Worcester, which specialized in all forms of collateral and promotional materials. His clients included a 'Who’s Who' of nationally known companies such as Reebok, Dunkin Donuts, Titleist, Foot Joy, Gulf Oil, Stride Rite, Genzyme, Converse, and FTD.

At Davis, Mike will primarily focus on generating new business relationships with retail accounts and expanding into new markets.

A native of Dorchester, MA, Mike has made Central MA his home and currently lives in Princeton with his wife Susan, who is a high school guidance counselor, and children Katelyn, Lisa, and Michael.

Barbie Bell
Account Executive (2004 – present)

As an essential member of the Davis Advertising team, Barbie is responsible for all day-to-day account servicing. Her attention to detail, excellent communications skills, proactive approach to all projects, and reliability as a team player are highly valued by clients and colleagues alike.

Prior to joining Davis Advertising, Barbie served as an Account Coordinator at RDW Group and Berg Marshall Advertising. Working closely with management, she has serviced a wide variety of accounts including Workers' Credit Union, Clinton Savings Bank, Bay State Savings Bank, IDG, Essilor USA, American Optical, Parker Metal Corporation, Flexcon, Village Automotive Group, Lexus of Northborough, Frost Motors, Fidelity Investments, Fallon Community Health Plan, and several others.

A resident of Webster, Barbie has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Worcester State College, and completed additional course work from Quinsigamond Community College. In her spare time, she also freelances as a photojournalistic wedding photographer.

Julie Conley
Account Executive (2004 – present)

Julie brings a fresh, energetic approach to client supervision at Davis Advertising. As a graduate of University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth with a major in Business Marketing, she is a natural at balancing a complex array of projects and personalities. From healthcare agencies to the largest automobile dealership on the Davis roster, Julie thrives on the demands of multiple assignments from diverse accounts. A lifelong resident of Central MA, Julie understands the unique challenges and opportunities that exist within the markets that Davis serves.

Aaron Ethan Peterson
Account Executive (2005 – present)

Aaron is originally from Montoursville, PA, where he worked for Gregory Welteroth Advertising (GWA) as an Executive Assistant. He then worked as a reporter, and then as Editor-in-Chief of a Harrisburg, PA publication. He attended Shippensburg University, majoring in Political Science with minors in International Relations and French.

His experience in print publications, and with a previous agency, as well as his keen attention to detail and organization, has proved a major asset to the clients he works with and the team at Davis.

He currently lives in Worcester with his husband, James, and spends his free time writing, playing music (piano and guitar), and enjoying films and concerts.

Lisa Salvi
Account Executive (2007 – present)

Lisa was hired principally to work on Charter Communications, our ever-expanding multi-KMA account.

Her variety of professional experiences serves this client and our shop extremely well. Most recently, she functioned as Project Manager at Primetime Communities in Littleton. Before that, she was Traffic Manager at Toth Brand Imaging in Concord. It all began for Lisa when she became a Marketing Assistant for Donovan Group, based in Northborough. There, Lisa supervised such demanding accounts as Fidelity Investments, Innovasive Devices, and the United Way.

A resident of Leominster, Lisa earned a B.S. in Communications from Fitchburg State College.

Sara Barnes
Account Executive (2008 – present)

Sara has come on board to serve our agency’s growing southern division. She handles the account service and project management for the Georgia KMA (Key Market Area) and Alabama KMA of Charter Communications. 

She earned her impressive communications chops serving as account manager at advertising agencies, namely Infinitee Communications in Atlanta and Whitbeck Advertising of Lake Charles, LA.  She also developed her project and financial management skills working for the Lancaster School District in California and serving as bookkeeper for the bustling Marie Callenders Restaurant, also in Lancaster CA.

Sara has been professionally very active in the communications community in Lake Charles, where she served as President and Board Member of the Lake Charles Advertising Federation. She is also a member of the American Advertising Federation. In 2005, she won the Best of Show Broadcast Award (First Federal TV spot). In 2006, she received the Best of Show Interactive Award and was a recipient of numerous Gold, Silver and Bronze ADDY awards for TV, print and radio.

Sara is a graduate of Pepperdine University – Seaver College in sunny Malibu, where she completed a Major in Advertising.  In addition to being an Account Executive at Davis, Sara is also busy as Queen of the Entire Universe.  She lives in Dunwoody GA.

Adam Levine
Junior Account Executive (2005 – present)

Adam is a native of Worcester, where he currently resides with his wife, Riviki and son Casriel. He is an active member of his synagogue and softball team, as well as other organizations. A big sports fan, Adam is also quite the chef, as you can often find him cooking up a storm in his kitchen.

Ashley Haddad
Junior Account Executive (2006 - Present)

Ashley comes to the Davis shop with a strong client service background. Small and large retail establishments, such as The TJX Companies, Inc., have benefited from her research and analysis skills, ability to meet fast-paced deadlines, creative design sensibility, and her gracious style of working with colleagues and clients.

At Davis, Ashley works closely with our Account Executives on a range of projects for a variety of clients, from banking institutions to sports teams, and colleges to auto dealerships. Ashley has quickly proven herself to be an invaluable asset at the agency.

Sarah Hurley
Junior Account Executive (2008 - Present)

Sarah joins the Davis team as a Junior Account Executive. Even though she has just started, she is working with a number of clients such as IMN and Charter.

Before coming on board with Davis, she worked at Buyer Advertising agency in Newton, MA as a senior account coordinator. Sarah graduated from UMass Amherst in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. During her senior year at UMass she spent a semester in Australia studying and working in event planning. While she was there, Sarah also visited New Zealand.

Sarah was born and raised in Worcester, and recently bought a house with her boyfriend. They also just adopted a new puppy, a yellow lab named Lucy. Sarah enjoys hanging out with her friends as well as attending a lot of concerts – Tom Petty, Dave Mathews and OAR – during the summer. Sarah would love to travel more and go back to Australia.

Andrea Lettic
Account Coordinator (2006 - Present)

Andrea came to Davis initially hired as agency receptionist, but that didn’t last long! Her valuable writing and organizational skills plus her terrific personality sent her up the ladder within just a couple of months. She is now working on several accounts, coordinating and editing client newsletters, and functioning as a staff writer.

She graduated from Rutgers University with a Major in English and Journalism. Her first job was an Associate Editor with Faulkner Information Services in Pennsauken, NJ, where she authored white pages and newsletters for the technology industry.

Andrea is a native of Worcester, and now lives in Auburn with her boyfriend Stephen and three cats, named Jeff, Penny, and Penny. She enjoys playing poker, reading, writing, and watching football.

Shannon Krista
Account Coordinator (2006 - present))

Shannon started at Davis working on promotions and sponsorships servies. Her attention to detail and great client service quickly pushed her to work with Charter Communications on their loyalty and retention program "Live It with Charter". As an Account Coordinator, Shannon brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a terrific professional style to our account management process.

She studied at Worcester's own Clark University where she earned both her undergraduate and Master's degrees in Communications.

Shannon moved quickly into the field after leaving school, working for several years as the Special Events and Marketing Coordinator at Wachusett Mountain Ski Area.

Shannon lives with her fiancé Chris and when she isn't fixing up her new home in Holden, she enjoys running, skiing, swimming and hanging out with her dog, Murray.

Jackie (Jacqueline) Thibault
Account Coordinator (2007 – present)

Jackie came to Davis right after she received her BA in Arts & Sciences from the University of Rhode Island. She began as the agency’s receptionist, but was quickly promoted to Account Coordinator after we saw her enthusiasm for the business in action.

In the past, Jackie has worked at UMass Memorial Medical Center as part of a team that organized and produced the 7th Annual Walk to Cure Cancer. She has also spent time in Charleston, South Carolina serving as an Independent Contractor/Sales Associate for Southwestern Co., where she put in an 85-hour work week!

She loves to travel around the US and Europe, and studied in Florence during her Spring ’06 semester. There she also volunteered as an English TA at an Italian high school.

Jackie is a resident of Shrewsbury, and when she's not working she enjoys photography, writing, laughing, and being outdoors.

Marie-Rose Pellegrino
Account Coordinator (2007 – present)

Marie-Rose works closely with Julie, looking after a wide range of Davis client accounts.

She is a graduate of Bridgewater State College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor in Management (she's no stranger to the Dean's List!). 

She was heavily involved in the campus publication, The Comment and wore many different hats over the two years she worked for the paper, serving as Promotional Editor, Assistant News Editor, and Staff Writer. She has also put her time at Blackstone National Grill in Sutton on the wait staff.

Marie-Rose lives in Sutton and when she's not working she loves spending time with her family and friends. She is always ready for a laugh and a good shopping spree!

Tammy Mangum
Account Coordinator (2007 – present)

Tammy works with Donna Wyman in our Greenville, SC office on current and new client projects.

Tammy has more than 20 years in the advertising world, working for companies in and around the Greenville area. She has served in a variety of roles, including Account Executive, Media Planner/Buyer, and Customer Service Manager, among others.

She attended the University of South Carolina, College of Journalism and is a graduate of Winthrop University (BA in Communications). Tammy is married with one daughter, and lives in Mauldin, SC — less than five minutes away from Charter’s Digital Place call center.

Jennie Powers
Account Coordinator (2008 – present)

As a part of the media department Jennie utilizes her organizational skills and her strong background in communications, working with a number of Davis clients.
 
Jennie graduated from Worcester State College with a degree in communications.  While she was there she earned very good grades and was a member of several honor societies.  Prior to Davis, she worked as a Peer Advisor at Worcester State College helping, as she explains, the lost and confused freshman.  She also worked as a customer service rep in the circulation department at Community Newspaper Company.

Jennie is a life-long resident of Paxton and in her spare time she enjoys listening to live music, working out, reading great books (especially suspense novels), singing (mostly to herself) and shopping.
