Tisha Geeza
Senior Account Executive  (1999 – present)

A vital member of the Davis Advertising team, Tisha is responsible for all aspects of client advertising, marketing, and promotion activities. She provides skillful and experienced account management to a varied clientele within the realms of tourism, education, financial and retail.

Prior to joining Davis Advertising, Tisha served as Account Executive with Reale Fitzgerald, Inc. in Grafton, MA. She also provided account management for Educational Testing Service in Princeton, NJ. Her advertising chops were honed through account supervision for several retail-oriented suburban New York advertising agencies.

Steven Salloway
Senior Account Executive  (2004 – present)

Steve is a seasoned Account Executive and brings his highly respected expertise to further boost the shop's already-existing strengths in financial, healthcare, and retail client services.

Having worked at RDW Group and Donovan Group Integrated Marketing, he has an extensive background in marketing, advertising, public relations, and radio gleaned from years of serving the New England business community. Steve has managed such notable accounts as HarborONE Credit Union (formerly Brockton Credit Union), Fidelity Bank, St. Mary's Credit Union, Charter Communications, Simplex Manufacturing and Fallon Community Health Plan.

Donna Wyman
Senior Account Executive (2006 – present)

Donna provides account service to our long-time client Charter Communications in the Carolinas. By operating out of Greenville, SC, she can bring her keen familiarity with this region’s KMAs to bear as she manages our new satellite branch of Davis Advertising.

Donna has been in the marketing/communications field for more than 25 years. She has served both ad agencies and non-profit organizations ranging from Price McNabb and Greg & Greg Creative (now Brains on Fire), to Chicago’s Brookfield Zoo and the South Carolina Ballet. More recently, she was an account executive at Jackson-Dawson Marketing Communications.

Donna actually started out life as a New Englander. Born in Boston, she went on to live in seven states from Minnesota to South Carolina, where she now calls home. Currently, she resides with her two Yorkies in downtown Greenville, and enjoys occasional visits from her traveling husband and two grown daughters (Leah is a college student in NYC, and Maggie lives in nearby Clinton, SC).

Michael Ivas
Senior Account Executive (2007 – present)

Mike has more than 25 years of experience in brand management and marketing communications for some of the leading consumer goods companies in the country. His career began with classic marketing management positions at Foster Grant Sunglasses and New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc. For over fifteen years he owned Michael James Co., a marketing communications firm based in Worcester, which specialized in all forms of collateral and promotional materials. His clients included a 'Who’s Who' of nationally known companies such as Reebok, Dunkin Donuts, Titleist, Foot Joy, Gulf Oil, Stride Rite, Genzyme, Converse, and FTD.

At Davis, Mike will primarily focus on generating new business relationships with retail accounts and expanding into new markets.

A native of Dorchester, MA, Mike has made Central MA his home and currently lives in Princeton with his wife Susan, who is a high school guidance counselor, and children Katelyn, Lisa, and Michael.

Barbie Bell
Account Executive (2004 – present)

As an essential member of the Davis Advertising team, Barbie is responsible for all day-to-day account servicing. Her attention to detail, excellent communications skills, proactive approach to all projects, and reliability as a team player are highly valued by clients and colleagues alike.

Prior to joining Davis Advertising, Barbie served as an Account Coordinator at RDW Group and Berg Marshall Advertising. Working closely with management, she has serviced a wide variety of accounts including Workers' Credit Union, Clinton Savings Bank, Bay State Savings Bank, IDG, Essilor USA, American Optical, Parker Metal Corporation, Flexcon, Village Automotive Group, Lexus of Northborough, Frost Motors, Fidelity Investments, Fallon Community Health Plan, and several others.

A resident of Webster, Barbie has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Worcester State College, and completed additional course work from Quinsigamond Community College. In her spare time, she also freelances as a photojournalistic wedding photographer.

Adam Levine
Account Executive (2005 – present)

Adam serves as an Account Executive working with multiple clients on automotive client projects. Adam handles the day-to-day communications with IMN (iMakeNews, Inc.) as well as uploading the 115+ articles for monthly newsletters and creating masthead buttons for car dealerships across the country.

Adam is a native of Worcester, where he currently resides with his wife, Riviki and son Casriel. He is an active member of his synagogue and softball team, as well as other organizations. Adam holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Worcester State College. A big sports fan, Adam is also quite the chef, as you can often find him cooking up a storm in his kitchen.

Travis Spiva
Account Executive (2008 – present)

Travis joins Davis Advertising working exclusively with Charter Communications as Account Executive for the Tennessee and Louisiana KMAs (Key Market Areas).

Travis holds an A.A.S. in marketing from Pellissippi State and a B.S. and M.A. in organizational management from Tusculum College. Prior to Davis, Travis was an area-marketing director for one of America’s largest food service companies. His duties there included building the brand in a defined market area, working with sports areas, non-profit organizations and media outlets.

Travis resides in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife Suzanne and son Evan. He enjoys spending time with his family and vacationing on cruise ships (his family has sailed the Caribbean and Alaska) as well as visiting antique shops, volunteering with Junior Achievement and heading up the drama team at his church. In addition, Travis is fluent in American Sign Language and serves as an interpreter when needed and is a part-time professor at Lincoln Memorial University.

Ashley Haddad
Account Executive (2006 - Present)

Ashley comes to the Davis shop with a strong client service background. Small and large retail establishments, such as The TJX Companies, Inc., have benefited from her research and analysis skills, ability to meet fast-paced deadlines, creative design sensibility, and her gracious style of working with colleagues and clients.

At Davis, Ashley works on a range of projects for a variety of clients, from banking institutions to sports teams, and colleges to auto dealerships. Ashley has quickly proven herself to be an invaluable asset at the agency.

Sarah Hurley
Account Executive (2008 - Present)

As an Account Executive, Sarah handles the account service and project management for Charter NE and Westboro Mitsubishi.

Before coming on board with Davis, she worked at Buyer Advertising agency in Newton, MA as a senior account coordinator. Sarah graduated from UMass Amherst in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. During her senior year at UMass she spent a semester in Australia studying and working in event planning.

Sarah currently lives in Worcester with her fiancé and her yellow lab Lucy. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves going to summer concerts.

Elizabeth Escribano
Account Executive (2006 – present)

Elizabeth started at Davis as the Traffic and Productions Manager and was promoted to a Account Executive.  As an AE, she provides account service for Charter Communication, working primarily with the Georgia and Alabama KMAs. 

Elizabeth is a native of Long Island, NY. She graduated from Hofstra University with a BBA in International Business. She brings years of network experience to our agency, acquired at Sony Pictures Television in NYC and WFTX Fox 4 in Cape Coral, FL.

Elizabeth just bought a house in Worcester, where she lives with her three huge mutts. In her free time, she loves to go horseback riding.

Lee Abdella
Account Executive (2009 – present)

As an Account Executive, Lee brings an impressive skill set to the Davis team. Her incredibly well-rounded background includes more than 12 years of experience in advertising, public relations, government outreach and community relations.

Lee joins Davis after 9 years working in Chicago. Most recently, Lee was a Senior Account Manager with Firestar Communications, where she used her strategic management and communications skills to create highly successful campaigns for numerous clients. She also worked closely with company owners on key business development efforts.

In the past, Lee has worked for both client firms such as Magellan Development Group, and agencies like Burson-Marsteller Public Relations and O’Neill & Associates.

Lee is a Worcester native, and a graduate of Syracuse University. She currently lives in Providence, RI with her husband Mike who nicely gave up both Chicago Cubs and Bears season tickets in order to relocate to New England. (Thanks Mike!) Lee is wicked excited to be back living on the East Coast, where she can stop fighting her Mass accent… and liberally use the word “wicked” in everyday language without having to explain that she’s not talking about a witch.

Santina Vance
Account Executive (2010 – present)

Santina focuses on providing account service for Charter Communications, in the Georgia-Alabama KMA. As a former resident of Florida and current resident of Georgia, her familiarity with the area brings additional expertise to our Georgia branch.

Santina received her degree in retail marketing from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She also has over seven years in specialized marketing experience and has worked with companies such as CoAMs, Keebler, Office Depot, DSI Systems and DirecTV.

Although she grew up on Long Island, Santina has called the South home for over 20 years. She is proud to be first-generation Italian and she loves spending quality time with her husband of 15 years and her three children: Chris, Austen and Alyssa. The family also adds two dogs and a cat to the bunch: Sadie, a Great Dane, Cowboy the Pug and Tater the cat. With a love for the outdoors, Santina loves to make time for horseback riding, hiking the Georgia waterfalls and enjoying the beach.

Andrea Lettic
Junior Account Executive (2006 - Present)

Andrea Lettic is Team Davis. She shares her valuable writing and organizational skills (plus her terrific personality) with any employee or client that requests it. She is now working on several accounts, coordinating and editing client newsletters, and functioning as a staff writer.

She graduated from Rutgers University with a Major in English and Journalism but left Jersey to return home to be close to her family.

Andrea is a native of Worcester, and now lives in Auburn with her boyfriend Stephen. She enjoys playing poker, reading, writing, and watching football.

Marie-Rose Pellegrino
Account Coordinator (2007 – present)

Marie-Rose works closely with Ashley, looking after a wide range of Davis client accounts.

She is a graduate of Bridgewater State College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor in Management (she's no stranger to the Dean's List!). 

She was heavily involved in the campus publication, The Comment and wore many different hats over the two years she worked for the paper, serving as Promotional Editor, Assistant News Editor, and Staff Writer. She has also put her time at Blackstone National Grill in Sutton on the wait staff.

Marie-Rose lives in Sutton and when she's not working she loves spending time with her family and friends. She is always ready for a laugh and a good shopping spree!

Tammy Mangum
Account Coordinator (2007 – present)

Tammy works with Donna Wyman in our Greenville, SC office on current and new client projects.

Tammy has more than 20 years in the advertising world, working for companies in and around the Greenville area. She has served in a variety of roles, including Account Executive, Media Planner/Buyer, and Customer Service Manager, among others.

She attended the University of South Carolina, College of Journalism and is a graduate of Winthrop University (BA in Communications). Tammy is married with one daughter, and lives in Mauldin, SC — less than five minutes away from Charter’s Digital Place call center.

Jennie Powers
Account Coordinator (2008 – present)

As a part of the media department Jennie utilizes her organizational skills and her strong background in communications, working with a number of Davis clients.
 
Jennie graduated from Worcester State College with a degree in Communications.  While she was there she earned very good grades and was a member of several honor societies.  Prior to Davis, she worked as a Peer Advisor at Worcester State College helping, as she explains, the lost and confused freshman.  She also worked as a customer service rep in the circulation department at Community Newspaper Company.

Jennie is a life-long resident of Paxton and in her spare time she enjoys listening to live music, working out, reading great books (especially suspense novels), singing (mostly to herself) and shopping.

Jillian Miller
Account Coordinator (2009 – present)

Jillian works as an Account Coordinator on a wide variety of accounts. She also writes articles for IMN, which technically is not in her job description; however, no one has had the heart to tell her. A cum laude graduate of Worcester State College, Jillian is still haunted by the one semester she did not make the Dean’s List.

Since her dream of inheriting millions of dollars from an unknown rich relative didn’t pan out, Jillian was forced into working for a living. One Christmas she even went so far as to play an elf at the mall. Unfortunately, her near 6 foot stature was confusing and unsettling to many of the local children, who based on representations of elves in popular culture, were lead to believe that Santa’s helpers were approximately half that size.

Jillian also worked on WXLO’s Zito and Jen in the Morning for a brief time in college. During an ill-fated run-in with Mr. Dancing on the Ceiling himself; Lionel Richie, Jillian adopted the stage name of Hazel, who according to Wikipedia is a fictional TV housekeeper from the 1960’s. Somehow, Jillian is still a part of the WXLO team as a member of their Street Team. You can catch her most weekends at events around the city, representing the station and doing her best not to crash the station’s mega-van, which she feels she should not be allowed to drive.

Jillian’s first foray into advertising was as an Advertising Coordinator of the incredibly popular television series’ Worcester Works TV and Chicago’s Jobs TV. Due to the downturn in the economy and not her lack of effort, both shows were quickly cancelled. However, not all was lost as during this time Jillian was able to perfect her online Scrabble game.

Jillian spends nearly all of her free time shopping. When she is not shopping, she is talking about shopping. It goes without saying that Jillian really likes to shop. She also enjoys spending time with her incredible family and friends, preferably shopping.

Jackie Cohen
Account Coordinator (2009 – present)

Jackie is an Account Coordinator, working several of the Charter accounts, but primarily on the Charter business account. A Native of Holden, she attended Bridgewater State College, earning her degree in public communication from Worcester State College in 2007.
 
Previously Jackie used her skills in advertising at Central MA Convention and Visitors Bureau; she also showed off her amazing coordination skills as the Program and Event Director at the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce, before bringing her expertise to the Davis Team.

Jackie’s biggest obsession is her one year old yorki-poo, named Jada; in addition to wanting to expand the number of yorki-poos in her life to two, Jackie also enjoys traveling, Cape Cod, reading, a good game of tennis, dining out, and going out on the town with friends.

Erin Knapper
Account Coordinator (2010 – present)

Erin is an account coordinator here at Davis Advertising, teaming up with one of our account executives, Adam Levine. Responsible for co-managing communications with IMN (I Make News, Inc.), Erin’s roles also include writing, proof-reading, fact-checking and copywriting content for the IMN monthly newsletters.
 
A proud graduate of Clemson University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in English with a focus in writing and publishing, Erin considers herself a born and bred New Englander with a love for the Southern way of life.

In her free time, Erin proves to be an ambitious cook and avid baker with a goal to create and publish her own cookbook. She couples her appreciation for food and fine wine with a healthy balance of daily trips to the gym. She strives to maintain her physical fitness by participating in road races throughout the year. Enjoying a wide variety of books and authors, Erin typically gravitates toward fiction with a current passion for mystery thrillers, but upholds a consistent appreciation for the classics, a favorite being Pride and Prejudice. She also spends her time blogging, and recently picked up gardening and quilting. Her favorites include her devoted boyfriend, her 3 year old tabby, Bella, the Red Sox and Clemson football.
