Donna Chase Assistant to the President (1996 – present) Donna consistently brings a grace and sensitivity to the client relationships she nurtures at Davis Advertising. For years she has overseen a wide variety of accounts and projects, and her professional management style is evident in her thoroughness, and in the resulting client satisfaction. She brings a deep understanding of human nature to all that she does, and is an effective advocate for those relying upon her. Her visual design sensibilities extend beyond the agency work into her personal creative projects. Donna is a highly skilled textile artist, and when not relishing in the affections of her canine companion, she creates gallery-quality quilts and handbags.

Lori O'Connor Bookkeeper (2005 – present) Balancing accounts and managing agency money is the terrain of agency Bookkeeper Lori O’Connor. With 25 years of experience in the field of finance, Lori brings a much-welcomed level of professionalism to the company. From supervising our enormous billing schedule, to ensuring 401Ks are functioning properly, Lori holds the financial life of the agency in her very capable hands. Prior to finding us, Lori worked with Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP of Westborough for six years. Lori is a life-long resident of Central MA. Born and raised in Westborough, she now calls Millbury home with husband Brian and their three cats.


Polly WIlliams Receptionist (2008 – present) Polly is a Rutland native who grew up on the well-known Overlook Farm, much of which is now the home of The Heifer Project, a global charitable organization helping people develop a sustainable source of food and income. After graduating from Wachusett Regional High School in Holden, Polly headed to California, attending Butte College in Oroville located north of Sacramento in Gold Rush territory. After college, her work experience included processing real estate transactions for title companies in Paradise and San Bernadino. She became a licensed real estate agent and animal rescue specialist as a volunteer at the Barry Kirshner Wildlife Foundation where she cared for non-releasable, endangered, and exotic live animals, including Bengal Tigers, African Lions and Mountain Lions to name a few. Polly returned to the Worcester area in 2002 to help her parents at Overlook Farm and work with her brother at Overlook Services, a well-known power equipment store. And now, she is the first person you hear or see as part of the Davis Advertising Team.

Jan Baker Assistant Bookkeeper (2009 - present) Jan Baker keeps the numbers in check at Davis Advertising as Assistant Bookkeeper. Working closely with Lori O’Conner, Jan manages the billing process for Charter Communications and Business. Born in New Mexico, Jan has lived in many places and move permanently to Massachusetts in 1985. She has spent more than 28 years in accounting and has attended Vet Tech School, nursing school and majored in Liberal Arts at the University of NE. Jan has two sons, a daughter and two grandchildren, who she describes as all “wonderful.” Previously, Jan has worked at New England Business Services in Customer Accounting for 21 years. There, she received three promotions in four years and remained the Credit Supervisor with around 20 direct reports for the next 17 years. In her spare time, Jan enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Sedona and Wyatt, as well as camping and “anything to do with water” such as fishing, canoeing, swimming and boogie-boarding.
