For years she has overseen a wide variety of accounts and projects, and her professional management style is evident in her thoroughness, and in the resulting client satisfaction. She brings a deep understanding of human nature to all that she does, and is an effective advocate for those relying upon her.

Lori O'Connor
Bookkeeper (2005 – present)

Balancing accounts and managing agency money is the terrain of agency Bookkeeper Lori O’Connor. With 25 years of experience in the field of finance, Lori brings a much-welcomed level of professionalism to the company. From supervising our enormous billing schedule, to ensuring 401Ks are functioning properly, Lori holds the financial life of the agency in her very capable hands.

Prior to finding us, Lori worked with Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP of Westborough for six years.

Lori Dupont
Bookkeeper (2007 – present)

“LD” has joined our growing administrative staff to serve the agency’s accounts payable and receivable needs. Charter Communications will be a primary focus of hers, a client that continues to require more of the agency’s talents.

Lori has extensive business management experience, which has run the gamut from accounting to HR, and sales to customer service. She most recently oversaw a staff of six for Stan & Fran’s LLC of Springfield, MA; prior to that she served Goulet Trucking, Inc. and EDOS, Inc.

When not at her desk, Lori enjoys spending time boating on Lake Chargoggagoggmanchauggagoggchaubunagungamaugg (also known as Webster Lake).

She is a resident of Webster, and lives with her fiancé James, Brandow the yellow Lab, and Bailey the Beagle.
