Andy Davis
President (1975 – present)
Andrew is the second-generation President at Davis Advertising. After a twenty-year long history of serving the agency in numerous capacities, he took over the helm in 1995. During his tenure, Davis Advertising has grown an average of 20% each year, establishing the agency as one of the top 10 agencies in New England.
Over the years, Andrew has served on the boards the American Bankers Association and the Worcester State Foundation. He has also been the Vice Chairman and Director of the Better Business Bureau of Central and Western Massachusetts, where he headed up the Communications Committee. He has also been a Director of the Devereux Foundation. Andrew is very active with the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, as President of the Breakfast Club Committee. |

Alan Berman
Executive Vice President (1990 – present)
As Director of Client Services, Alan has demonstrated a rare ability to generate ongoing client confidence in a broad range of marketing arenas. From cars to colleges, and everything in between, he has played a huge role in the success of our clients and the agency. Before joining Davis, Alan spent ten years in radio station sales and management.
Alan has held numerous positions on local nonprofit and civic organizations including acting as President of the Ad Club of Worcester. He is currently a board member of the annual city-wide extravaganza, First Night Worcester. |

Paul Murphy
Art Director (1978 – present)
Paul has been the guiding force over an art department of fifteen talented and award-winning designers, illustrators, and web masters for many years. As Art Director and a principal partner in the agency, Paul has overseen all design and production of projects conceived and created for the agency’s wide-ranging clientele. His reputation for negotiating excellent printing contracts and meeting quick turn-around schedules has satisfied clients’ expectations and beyond.
Paul’s expert eye for design and layout that communicates the clearest message has been developed, in large part, through his own personal artistic sensibility. He is himself a skilled photographer and a graduate of the prestigious Museum School at the Worcester Art Museum. Paul’s aesthetic sensitivity encompasses not only the visual arts, but also a passion for 18th century antiquities. He is also a skilled musician, and avidly collects vintage instruments. |
